Advertisements for transferable securities must comply with specific regulatory requirements set out in the Prospectus Regulation, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/979 supplementing the Prospectus Regulation, and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/565 supplementing Directive 2014/65/EU (“MiFID II”).
